As many house owners would like to be in Thailand for only half a year at a time, from Oct/Nov until Mar/Apr, it is important to provide service for the house when the owners are absent. We ensure that the garden and house are well taken care of during their absence.

The costs for these services will depend on size of the house and garden and also what will be included in the service package. We estimate the costs to be around 2,000 - 4,000 baht per month. We will also supply a list of services to be provided for each house and inform which costs are compulsory for the house owners to pay. We will also inform and assist in settling different utility invoices and arranging for house insurance and setting up a bank account.
